About Liliko’i:

In Hawaii, there are two varieties of liliko'i (Passion Fruit): yellow and purple. Passion fruit-flavored syrup is a popular topping and flavoring for many desserts, such as shave ice, cookies, cakes, and ice cream. Passion fruit is also made into jam or jelly, as well as butter and curd. Liliko’i is not widely available in stores, so most of the fruit comes from backyard gardens, wild groves, and farmers' markets throughout the islands. We source our liliko'i from O'ahu, Kaua'i, and the Big Island.
